Seasonal Programs and Details
Trident Lacrosse offers programs year-round for for players of all abilities. Please view the breakdown below of how we structure each season. We pride ourselves in the amount of programs we offer to accommodate various schedules and skill/experience levels, and ensuring players of all ages and levels have access to play the great game of lacrosse year-round.
Trident Academy is a training program for all levels, from beginner to advanced, designed to improve fundamental skills and lacrosse IQ. Positional Skills such as shooting, dodging, footwork, stickwork, and more are learned. We offer seasonal training, camps and clinics, private, and small group lessons.
Trident Lacrosse provides Rec teams in the Spring, Fall, and Winter Seasons. All players are welcome. These teams offer a great opportunity to get game experience in a recreational setting and continue to develop skill sets and gain a better understanding of the game.
Trident Select offers our more advanced players an opportunity to compete at the highest level. These travel teams will participate in tournaments throughout the year and will test themselves against the best teams. We hold tryouts for these teams as the standard of play and commitment is much higher.
