SPRING REC LEAGUE

In the Spring, Trident Lacrosse Girls participate in the Pacific Edge Lacrosse Association (PELA) League. Games are held on Saturdays (some Middle School Games are held on Sundays) at Campus El Segundo, Redondo High School and Palos Verdes High School.

Spring is the primary season for lacrosse, and while we understand and support that our players are involved in multiple activities and commitments, we do ask that lacrosse games take priority in the spring.

Divisions:

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th-8th grade)

THIRD - FIFTH GRADE (3/5s) 

KINDERGARTEN - SECOND GRADE (K/2s)

Sharpen your skills

Trident Fall Academy will be offered one night per week for eight weeks.

Each week, Trident Academy will focus on a different positional skill, with a focus on improving technique and fundamentals. All ages (1st-8th) and all skill levels are welcome. Groups will be broken into boys of similar size and skill.
