Trident Lacrosse will organize scrimmages with other Rec teams in the area - ALL skill/experience levels are welcome!

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th-8th grade)

THIRD - FIFTH GRADE (3/5s)

KINDERGARTEN - SECOND GRADE (K/2s)

Tournament Travel Teams

Our Select program is our club-level travel team which will compete in tournaments during the Winter season.

Trident Select teams are an invite only program. Please inquire about tryouts for future Trident Select opportunities.

Sharpen your skills

Trident Winter Academy will be offered two nights per week for eight weeks :: Fridays, Jan. 6 - Feb. 24 at Manhattan Village Field and Live Oak Field.

Each week, Trident Academy will focus on a different positional skill, with a focus on improving technique and fundamentals. All ages (1st-12th) and all skill levels are welcome. Groups will be broken into girls of similar size and skill.
