Courtney Tarleton

In her past year with Trident, Courtney has shown to be a highly committed, hard working, and valuable member of our coaching staff, developing our middle school players on the club and rec side. Courtney’s impressive resume includes being named a 4x Captain at USC (’16) where she started every single game for the program as an All-American defender. In her senior campaign, Courtney led the 4-year old program to a 20-1 record and to their first appearance in the Division I NCAA quarterfinals, earning MPSF Player of the Year. She also became the Trojans’ first player to earn First Team All-American honors. After graduating from USC, Courtney continued to play at the professional level and was drafted to the WPLL Balitmore Braves in the league’s inaugural season. Courtney has played a large role in the history and growth of the sport on the girls’ side in California with her achievements at USC in their first four years as a program, and will look to continue to play a part in this development with her position as Assistant Director for Trident. In addition to coaching, Courtney is currently the Chief Operations Officer at The Legends Brand.
