Brett Tietjen

Brett Tietjen graduated from Garden City High School in 1998 where he won a New York State Championship. Brett earned All-County Honors as well as the Nolan Award for most dedicated lacrosse player on the team.  Brett went on to play at the University of Massachusetts and was one of three freshmen to play in every game.  He finished out his career at Hofstra University.  Brett was the assistant coach at New York Maritime for three years and he also coached the Westport Connecticut U15 and IAS Select team before moving to the West Coast. In Los Angeles, he coached at Loyola High School, where the team won the SoCal Southern Section CIF boys lacrosse championships four years in a row.
