Trident Select will offer training twice per week with our Trident coaching staff, plus current NCAA lacrosse athletes, in Palos Verdes, as well as two tournaments.

Practices:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School from May 28 - July 25th. (No practice during Independence Day Holiday week - July 2nd & 4th)
Coaches:

Sharpen your skills
Trident Academy focuses on a different positional skill, with a focus on improving technique and fundamentals. We run weekly, small group (no more than 6 players) training in Palos Verdes, where we work on shooting and dodging technique. New groups are forming, please contact us if interested.
